從露天跟你買東西,10月9日就轉帳付款,之前說10月15日要寄出,到現在東西還沒收到,連二天留言跟催,也打過電話給你,寄了沒,甚麼時候要寄,都沒給個回應!
今天已經第11天,不能說我性急吧!
我非常生氣與不滿,錢已經在你手上,就一切操之在你嗎?
查一下,給個確切回答有那麼困難嗎?
Is this your way of doing business?I ordered goods from your auction site at Ruten, and transferred money to your account on 9 Oct., earlier you said the order will be mailed on 15 Oct., and until now the goods still has not arrived. I sent you notices to follow up and even called you during this consecutive two days, you still didn’t give me any sure answer about
whether it’s delivered or not, and when!
It’s been 11 days since I paid, you can’t say I’m impatient!
I’m very angry and disappointed! Once money is in your hand, will all be subjected to your willingness?
Is it that difficult for you to check up and tackle?

禮拜五~禮拜天出們在外無法回信~禮拜一會幫你寄出.東西已經幫你打包好.之前是缺一組LX變把.打包的師傅就將訂單放在一旁.望寄通知~ 所以才會延誤這麼久~抱歉囉

We were out on Friday through to Sunday, so we couldn't make responses to your inquiries. We’ll mail it on Monday. Your goods have been packed up, we won't have this set of LX shift lever on shelf before then, so the packing worker put your order aside and forgot to notice you. So happened the long delay! We're sorry!
