Two sewers二條下水道

This construction project has been going on for several months and is near its completion.
During the construction period dirt floats 7/24 when vehicles past along its nearby alley- a living environment nightmare for neighbors. Fortunately soon it’s going to end.
The project is to dig a drain about 2 meters deep, shoulder to shoulder to a reversely flowing main sewer under the ground just right of this row of trees. And the new drain is directed to where the main sewer flows from.
Something quite illogic, if these two juxtaposed reverse direction sewers are looked at within the same big picture.

這個工事已經進行數月,快完工了.
工事進行期間,車輛行經緊鄰巷道時塵土飛揚不分晝夜- 附近居民的生活環境惡夢.所幸,快結束了.
這個工程係緊鄰這排樹右側地面下的既有主下水道,挖掘一條相反流向的二米深下水道,並導向主下水道的上游.
從大處看,二條逆向的下水道並列,似很不合邏輯.
