Internet warfare

Yahoo has decided to pull back from its personal webpage service, while Google is expanding aggressively into this field, though it's still in its beta version.
This is a fierce war in virtual world and in operation strategies. For the time being it seems Google has gotten an up hand. But in the long run whose strategy will be proven successful is still unfathomable. Especially when the boundary between blog and personal webpage is gradually becoming mingling.
In the course of this kind of relentless competition, surely the internet users have gained lots of benefits for free. This is the true evidence of advantages of free market mechanism. But remember these benefits are still in virtual world.
I'm experimenting with the Google pages, see here, it's easy to use, but still it will be better with some basic knowledge in HTML.
