Prepare tax report

Wake up in the early morning, it's still raining outside. Nothing could be done, so I reluctantly prepare my income tax report.
It's always a glum season this month every year. The main reason is not about the level of tax burden, it's about fairness.
We could see that salary receivers are the only loyal tax payers in our society, because this loyalty was forced by the interest conflicts between employer and employees about tax burden, and employees are always the losers.
In other sectors this kind of tax burden interest conflicts hardly could be found, so there are lots of tax evasions or income concealing, thus the income tax does not truly reflect individual tax-paying ability.
If we could establish a mechanism by which one could enjoy differentiated civil services according to one's tax contributions, the concept of paying tax is an honor might be established, and somehow promotes fairness through 'you get what you paid'.
