This blog is going to celebrate its first anniversary. I thought of giving it a new dress to change it's looking.
After painstakingly groping my thought for a concept to guide my new design, I couldn't help but to admit that I lacked aesthetic faculty. Finally I thought of changing its desk background to make it looks livelier.
The first thing to do was to choose a drawing that I thought would achieve this purpose. I spent the first night using mouse to cut a flower along its contour off a picture I took earlier. This was a very exquisite job. I used two hours to have this job done.
The next night I tested with this sample flower picture as background to see how it looks like, the result was unsatisfying, the page looked very complicated.
Reluctantly I experimented with the original picture, which I've decreased its contrast and increased its brightness, as background picture. The effect was better. So, the job has done!
A simpler way may be the better one!

這個網誌即將慶祝它的第一個生日了,我想幫它換件衣服改變外觀.
搜索枯腸就是想不出主題概念,此時不得不承認自己缺乏美學天份.最後就想改變桌面背景,讓它看起來活潑些好了.
首先要做的是,挑選一個我覺得可以達到這個目的的圖案.於是第一天晚上,我用滑鼠把稍前拍的花朵沿著它的輪廓從相片剪下,這是非常精細的工作,花了二個小時才完成.
第二天晚上,我試用這個圖案當桌面背景,看看效果如何,結果頁面看起來過於複雜,覺得不滿意.
索性試著把原照片的對比降低,亮度增加,然後拿來當做背景,結果效果反而比較好,換裝的任務於焉完成!
簡單的方式可能就是較佳的方式!
